for the 9pin connector from the front of the car to the rear, this is the pinout in the carputer case :

Pin 1 should be the car 12v line that comes on when the car is on. (accessory line?) (bare wire)
Pin 3 & 5 are the power switch (white and blue).
Pin 2 & 4 NOT ASSIGNED (green and white wire)
Pin 6 & 7 HD LED (white and orange)
Pin 8 & 9 Power LED(white and green)
