Managing NXserver

Ran into a problem this morning when I couldn’t log into my home server from work.
Too many suspended sessions hanging around would not allow another connection to be made.

This cleared things up;

Lan IP organization

With the addition of more and more XEN VMs, I’ve decided to split up my LAN IP range into something that is a little more organized.

LAN base IP:
192.168.0.xxx

Ranges:
001 – 099 :: Physical devices
100 – 199 :: Virtual machines (XEN, VMware, etc machines)
200 – 250 :: DHCP addresses (VMs or physical)
